Creative Director
Adam is a highly experienced creative, fluent in all areas of brand expression, from creative strategy, brand identity and packaging to digital design, UI/UX and design for iOS apps.
During his career he has worked for some of the UK’s top agencies and has influenced the success of global brands such as Levis, Sony, BBC and UNICEF.
Adam’s specialist knowledge of substrates, print methods, treatments and finishes and excellent connections with printers and manufacturers allows LEVEL to successfully support our clients with their sustainability goals.
Driven by his belief that creativity can inspire change Adam co-founded Good On Paper in 2015 - a local cultural Time-out magazine championing and supporting creative talent in the South West, he also co-founded revered contemporary classical music festival Hidden Notes breaking the mould to make classical music more accessible and in doing so attracting incredible artists such as Jonny Greenwood (Octatonic Records), Lubomyr Melnyk (Erased Tapes) and Penguin Café (Erased Tapes) to its stage.

Jenny spent 15 years working for some of the world’s top branding agencies from Landor to Bulletproof, providing a list of clients including the world’s most successful FMCG and corporate brands with powerful and innovative solutions.
Strategist, copywriter and first point of contact, Jenny believes good design is all about problem solving and should always be based on insight. She is most fulfilled when she is able to utilise her knowledge and skill set to drive commercial success for brands who share her passion for the circular economy, ecological regeneration and who wish to build a triple bottom line or quadruple bottom line into their business models.
Her skills are invaluable in unraveling clients’ complex challenges, providing unique and provocative perspectives and identifying the core essence from which a brand can amplify and evolve.
